Mr.Marvin Schur fought for me and you a long time ago. Maybe he was already familiar with the dangers of cold. Perhaps he knew the cold too well from having fought in snowy woods during the Battle of the Bulge. Actually, I don't know where Mr.Schur fought as I write this, but he was from the "Greatest Generation", and we lost him about a week ago.

Marvin E. Schur, a 93-year-old World War II veteran, was home alone in Michigan when he froze to death.
