Boy, you people are just nuts. When the Supreme Court sets a petition or motion for discussion in conference, it's not an invitation for the respondent to offer any evidence or to submit anything. Obama can't, even if he wanted to, submit anything to the court for the January 9th conference. All the court has done is add these filings to the lists of matters already scheduled for discussion in their private internal meetings on 1/9 ans 1/16. They've formally rejected every petition filed to date on the subject. There's absolutely no reason to think that anything will change now.

This game was over by a checkmate long ago - the opponent has left the table and you’re not even aware of that?

No popcorn for you.

Nuts? That's how people who are concerned about rule of law in this country are dismissed? How tragic. The facts of the Berg case as well as others that have been brought seeking evidence of Obama's citizenship are valid and necessary. It's too bad that anyone would be content with means-justifies-ends tactics in winning an election or in seating a potential non-citizen to the presidency. Though there may be no other parallels drawn between them, Hitler was admitted as a German citizen for the sake of his election through covert, illegal papering over of his Austrian citizenship.

No one should be allowed to circumvent the law of the land and anyone who believes a blind eye should be turned in this case supports lawlessness and Obama's supposed entitlement to stand above the law.

An Open Letter to the Supreme Court Justices
of
The United States of America
.

by J.W. Schultz
.
Sirs, Madam:
.
I have the utmost respect for the Supreme Court but I have no respect for the currently sitting justices. I want you to know this up front so there will be no mistake as to what follows.
.
I will not enumerate all of the constitutional questions that have come up before the Supreme Court in the last hundred years that the politically motivated justices have refused to address – you know better than I how many and the nature of those questions that were refused to be addressed.
.
I will, however, present to you one question that I believe needs to be addressed immediately if our constitution is to continue to be the basis of the law of our land and, therefore, a continuing and binding contract between We The People and those leaders who are supposed to represent and govern us.
.
The question I present to you is not one with which you are unfamiliar: it deals specifically with the qualifications of a man who wants to be the President of the United States of America. You are well aware of whom that man is; you also know which particular qualification I am referring to: Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility, specifically his birth status.
.
You also know full well that if you do not address this issue, Barack Hussein Obama will, in all likelihood, take the office of President under false pretenses – he will become a constitutionally illegal usurper of the office of President of the United States of America.
.
What is just as important is the fact that if you do not address this issue, the blame for an impending Constitutional Crisis will fall on your shoulders. Is this what you want?
.
I cannot bring myself to believe that you, currently sitting Supreme Court Justices, actually think this matter will go away merely by hiding from it. Nay, it will not go away – it will grow in direct proportion to your refusal to address it. Is this what you want?
.
The important thing is, YOU JUSTICES SHOULD DAMN WELL KNOW THE PRICE THAT WAS PAID FOR THIS SACRED PIECE OF PARCHMENT KNOWN AS THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
.
I am an ordinary citizen of this country. I love my country: I have participated in a war to defend this country. I love what our constitution means when it promises, ‘...life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.’ I want more than anything in this world for this country to remain a Constitutional Republic for the sake of my children, my grandchildren and my great-grandchildren. There is no other country such as ours: nowhere does any other country in the world possess a constitution such as ours. Our constitution promises freedom, opportunity and equality to its citizens. Our country has, historically, been the least oppressive of its citizens of all the other countries in the modern world. Why on earth would you want to throw that away for some small political favor?
.
Please get back to doing the people’s business. Refuse to be the pet lackeys of some partisan political or ideological group: be impartial; use the tools of honor and integrity when administering opinions in an official capacity. For the sake of our once great country and your own posterity, do the right thing: address this most important constitutional issue while We The People still have a contract between ourselves and those we elect (legally) to govern us.
.
You cannot drill a hole in our end of the ship of state and expect to stay afloat yourselves.
.

Hillary On Mumbai

  • “My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and families touched by these acts of terror in Mumbai. We still do not know the full measure of this tragedy, which has taken the lives of Indian citizens, Americans, and others who had traveled to Mumbai from around the world. Two New Yorkers, Rabbi Gavriel Holtzberg and Rivka Holtzberg of Brooklyn are among those who have died, leaving behind their young son. The young couple had traveled from Brooklyn to manage a small Chabad house, welcoming Jews from India and elsewhere to learn, pray, and serve the community. There could be no sharper a reminder, nor a more poignant call to action, than the brutal and heinous violence visited upon the Nariman House and the Holtzberg family, living and working in Mumbai on a mission of peace, scholarship, and spiritual guidance. As those responsible are brought to justice, as we aid and support the victims and their families, as we work to defeat radical extremism and the terror it spawns, let us find strength in knowing that in the face of those who seek to take lives, there are those who seek to give hope and comfort. In the face of those who wish only to destroy, there are individuals like Rabbi Gavriel Holtzberg and Rivka Holtzberg who travel great distances far from their homes to build a better world.
