Knowing we have some Catholics in this group, we have to be careful about the guilt ploy being rained down upon us from the blogs, new letters, and many democratic party members. The majority of our members will not be goaded by the "guilt tactic" into voting for Obama- no matter our background.
Whether we vote for Mc Cain, or another, write-in Hillary, abstain, it doesn't matter. Most of us are stalwart Democrats. But foremost, we have a sense of decency and an insistence of well-earned, deserved respect that we expect from our party leaders.
Some blogs, such as "Taylor Marsh" mention a responsibility that must be accepted if we help elect by our vote or abstention a republican into the White House. We beg to differ with this thought process knowing what we do about Barack Obama. Our group spent a long time investigating and researching his past record. We find it objectionable that he is even a senator. All in all, we can not vote such a rascal into the White House. Yet we will spend our time helping to elect other worthwhile Democrats into office.
We have chosen to vote our conscience, and it just so happens to coincide with our heartfelt feelings regarding the DNC, Obama campaign, and other party leaders. We expect those with opposing views in the Party to respect our stand on this point. We certainly respect those Hillary voters who do not agree with us. Yet it is our purpose to see that our group and supporters know the facts about Mr. Obama.
So we continue on with our methods not hesitating to show our thoughts in pictures: TR
