New Development in Eligibility Lawsuit: Orley Taitz, Lightfoot vs Bowen, Directly Petitions Chief Justice Roberts

Dr. Orley Taitz, attorney for Lightfoot vs Bowen, has submitted a re-file petition for her case directly to Chief Justice John Roberts. 

 

Taitz has made public the cover letter that accompanied the re-file petition. In the letter, she highlights a very interesting relationship between Roberts and the Annenberg Foundation.  Bill Ayres, sidekick of Barack Obama and former terrorist, was on the Board of Directors of Annenberg; Barack Obama was the Chairman. 

 

The issue that Taitz raises in her letter is that Roberts recorded a video program called “Conversations with Chief Justice Roberts”.  The program was funded by the Annenberg Foundation. This raises the question: what is Robert’s relationship to Ayres, Obama, and Annenberg?

 

The Annenberg Foundation is also the funding source for Factcheck.  Factcheck is an unabashedly pro-Obama propaganda machine, which, Taitz alleges, purposely has provided inaccurate information regarding the eligibility of Obama and his status as a natural born citizen.  In her letter she highlights several of the misleading statements propagated by Factcheck.

 

I have always been suspicious of Roberts and his true ideology.  Why did Patrick Leahy support Roberts?  What is Leahy’s connection to William Ayres and why would he attend a party at the Ayre/Dohrn home in 1996 during the Democratic Convention in Chicago ? What are Leahy’s ties to Annenberg?  This sounds like one big, cozy family to me.

 

Below is the letter written by Dr. Taitz:

 

^{Dear Justice Roberts,}

^{This is an open cover letter and it is being posted on the Internet, YouTube, and will be read on a number of radio stations, particularly radio stations around military bases, forwarded to Congress, Senate, Governors of the States and mass media. This legal action, as 20 other actions filed in the past few months, is seeking judicial intervention due to the fact that Mr. Barack Obama, whose father was a Kenyan-British citizen, is not a Natural Born Citizen and is not eligible to be the President of this country.}

 

^{It also states that Mr. Obama did not prove his citizenship at all, since the state of Hawaii allows issuance of Hawaiian Birth Certificates to foreign born children of Hawaiian residents and there is mounting evidence that Mr. Obama was not born in Hawaii , whereby he will not be a citizen at all.}

 

^{The plaintiffs in this action are a vice-presidential candidate on the ballot, electors and voters. The majority of the plaintiffs have served many years of their lives in the U.S. military and risked their lives pursuant to their oath, to defend the Constitution of this country against all enemies, foreign and domestic.}

 

^{The plaintiffs and other members of the U.S. military are deeply concerned about the fact that none of the cases related to Mr. Obama’s lack of eligibility were heard on their merits. The plaintiffs are also concerned about the following: You have recorded a program “Conversations with Chief Justice Roberts.” Numerous high schools students were flown in to D.C. and participated in a discussion about the Constitution, law and the Supreme Court with you.}

 

^{This program was fully funded by the Annenberg foundation, as it clearly states on the video released, and it appears that as a Chief Justice of the Supreme Court you consider Annenberg to be a reputable organization, supporting the Constitution and you support their efforts. The problem with it is that Annenberg has been employing on their Annenberg Challenge Board, William Ayers, a non-repentant terrorist that participated in the bombing of a police headquarters in 1970, the Capitol building in 1971, and the Pentagon in 1972. As late as 2001, Mr. Ayers stated in a NY times interview: “I don’t regret setting bombs. I feel I didn’t do enough.”}

 

^{From 1995, the Chairman of Annenberg Challenge was none else, but Mr. Barack Obama. Annenberg has created an offshoot, called FactCheck.org, Annenberg political FactCheck, that was supposed to provide an unbiased checking of the facts. In reality, Annenberg FactCheck has actively and intentionally defrauded the American public in leading them to believe that Mr. Obama is a natural born citizen and is eligible for the U.S. presidency. Annenberg FactCheck intentionally omitted:}

 

Definition of

Law of Nations (Emmerich De Vattel), stating that a natural born citizen is one that is born in the country to parents who are citizens. They omitted a statement by John A. Bingham, framer of the 14^{th amendment, stating that a natural born citizen is one that was born in the U.S. territory to parents that don’t owe allegiance to any other sovereignty. Due to the fact that Mr. Obama’s father was not a U.S. citizen and owed his allegiance to Kenya and Great Britain, Mr. Obama did not qualify as a natural born citizen and does not qualify for the presidency.}

FactCheck intentionally omitted Hawaii statute 338, that allows foreign born children of Hawaiian residence to obtain a Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth (COLB).

It omitted the fact that such certification can be obtained based on a statement of one relative only without any corroborating evidence.

 

It omitted the fact that there was no corroborating evidence of Mr. Obama’s birth from any hospital, nurse or hospital administrator from Hawaii, while there were numerous statements from Mr. Obama’s Kenyan grandmother, Baptist Bishop and ambassador of Kenya about Mr. Obama being born there. If that is the case, Mr. Obama is not a U.S. citizen and will need to apply and wait for his Green Card.

 

As of now, the American public has only information from Annenberg, a political organization, some of whose members have very questionable moral qualities (to say the least).

 

My clients, as well as 300 million American citizens, including thousands of members of the military that are asked to risk their lives to defend the Constitution of this country would like to know if the Supreme Court Justices, particularly Chief Justice Roberts, (who will swear in the President on the Bible) are willing to give a few hours of their time to hear the Oral Arguments in defense of our Constitution. They want to know if the justices believe in the Constitution on which this country was built, or whether they are prepared to tear it apart in favor of some new world order.

Update on Three Obama Eligibility Lawsuits

Although the Donofrio and Wrotnowski lawsuits appear to be dead, there is good news regarding several other cases.

 

First, Phil Berg reports that his lawsuit is scheduled for distribution to conference before SCOTUS on January 9.  There has been some confusion about the status of his case, because the Supreme Court docket shows a denial of his case followed by the scheduling for conference.  What happened is that Justice Kennedy dismissed Berg's request for an injunction to prevent the Electors from voting, but his petition for certiorari was not dismissed. Second, Orly Taitz is resubmitting her case directly to Chief Justice John Roberts.  She believes that at least one of the conservative judges must be voting against taking the cases.   Her conclusion is that it is either Roberts or Alito and that they are hiding behind the conferences.   She will be writing a letter to Roberts; the letter will be displayed publicly on her website.   For more details on Taitz's case go to her website: http://drorly.blogspot.com/

 

Third, in the State of Washington , the case Broe vs Wade is set for oral arguments before the Washington Supreme Court on January 8.  In this case, twelve Washington voters sued Secretary of State Sam Wade in the Washington Supreme Court seeking a Writ of Mandamus to require the Secretary to set aside the votes cast for Senator Barack Obama, because at the time of the election, Senator Obama had failed to establish that he was a natural born citizen of the United States, failed to establish that he was an American citizen, and that he was not running under his legal name of Barry Soetoro. 

 

On December 15, a motion for expedited discovery was filed in this case.  The Plaintiffs ask that two subpoenas be issued: one to be served to the Washington Secretary of State and one to the State of Hawaii Public Health Department .

 

The subpoena to the Secretary of State is to discover the following items: 1) the Declaration of Candidacy of Barack Obama as filed in the State of Washington ; 2) all records concerning the candidacy and disallowance of Socialist Worker’s Party candidate Frank Colero within the Secretary of State’s office.  (Colera was disqualified from the ballot in 2004 by the Secretary of State because he was not a natural born citizen).  They want the subpoena issued no later than December 19 with responses due to back byDecember 28.

 

The subpoena to the State of Hawaii Public Health Department is to discover: 1) the Birth Certificate of Barack Obama in Hawaii , and 2) all supporting documentation regarding the registration of the birth of Barack Obama in Hawaii .  They want the subpoena issued no later than December 22 with responses due back by December 28.

US SUPREME COURT SCHEDULES FULL CONFERENCE TO DISCUSS NJ CITIZEN SUIT CHALLENGING OBAMA ELIGIBILITY

THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT HAS SCHEDULED FOR FULL CONFERENCE, LEO DONOFRIO’S NJ CITIZEN SUIT CHALLENGING THE  ELIGIBILITY OF MULTIPLE 2008 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION CANDIDATES, INCLUDING BARACK OBAMA.

Today, the United States Supreme Court scheduled the case - Leo C. Donofrio v. Nina Mitchell Wells, Secretary of State of the State of New Jersey - US Supreme Court DocketNo. 08A407 - for a conference of the nine Justices.  The conference is a completely private affair and the public may not attend.  If four of the nine Justices vote to hear the case in full, oral argument may be scheduled.  The conference is scheduled for December 5, 2008, ten days before the meeting of the Electoral College.

The case originally sought, pre-election, to have the names of Barack Obama, John McCain, and Roger Calero removed from New Jersey ballots, and for a stay of the “national election” pending Supreme Court review of whether those candidates were eligible under the Constitution as natural born Citizens, as is required by Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution of the United States.

Leo Donofrio brought his case from a lower New Jersey court to the NJ Supreme Court - was denied - and then he filed an emergency stay application in the United States Supreme Court on Nov. 3, 2008, before the Honorable Associate Justice David Souter.  Justice Souter denied the emergency stay application on Nov. 6.

Leo Donofrio renewed the application, as per Supreme Court Rule 22.4, to the Honorable Associate Justice Clarence Thomas by way of Express mail on Nov. 14.  The application arrived at the Supreme Court on Nov. 17 and was submitted directly to Justice Thomas.

On Nov. 19, the case was docketed for full conference of all nine Justices and scheduled for December 5, 2008.
